House Rules

Anar Villa is a private home, not a party venue, and it sits among working vineyards with neighbours close by. These rules keep the property, your stay, and the people around us in good shape — most of them come down to common sense. Questions about anything here: stay@anarvilla.in.

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is possible if the villa is free before/after your stay — ask us in advance, it isn't guaranteed.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.

Occupancy

Each room and the entire villa have a maximum guest count shown at booking, and it's enforced — please book accurately rather than adding unlisted guests on arrival. Day visitors who aren't staying overnight are welcome with advance notice, subject to the same headcount.

Parties & events

Anar Villa isn't set up for parties, DJs, or sound systems, and we don't allow them without prior approval — the property is close to working vineyards and neighbouring homes. Small, quiet celebrations among your own booked guests are completely fine. If you're planning anything bigger — a birthday, a shoot, a gathering — tell us when you enquire and we'll let you know what's possible.

Larger single-gender or bachelor/bachelorette groups booking the entire villa should get in touch with us before booking — not a blanket refusal, just a quick check so we can make sure the weekend works for everyone, including the property.

Quiet hours

Music and noise outdoors (including at the fire ring and hot tub) should wind down by 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbouring properties.

The fire ring & hot tub

The outdoor fire ring is the only open flame permitted on the property — no personal bonfires, fireworks, sky lanterns, or firecrackers elsewhere on the grounds. Use of the fire ring and hot tub is at your own risk; please supervise children at all times around both.

Smoking & pets

• No smoking inside any room — outdoor areas only, away from soft furnishings.
• Pets aren't part of our standard booking — let us know in advance if you'd like to bring one and we'll confirm whether it works for that stay.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is included in your booking payment and held against damage or anything missing beyond normal wear. It's returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after checkout, once we've walked through the property.

Damages

You're responsible for the property and its contents during your stay. Please let us know right away if something breaks or goes wrong — we'd always rather hear about it than find out at check-out. Costs beyond normal wear and tear are deducted from the security deposit, or billed separately if they exceed it.

Photography & commercial shoots

Personal photos and videos are always fine. Commercial shoots, brand shoots, or anything involving a crew — let us know in advance so we can work out the details and timing.

Changes & cancellations

To change dates or cancel a confirmed booking, look it up at /manage for your reference, then email us — we handle these directly rather than through self-service cancellation.
