Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Anar Villa (“we,” “us”) collects when you use anarvilla.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run bookings and respond to enquiries — we do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Information we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Booking details — full name, email, phone number, check-in/check-out dates, guest count, any special requests, and the room or experiences you selected, when you make or start a reservation on the /book page.
• Enquiry details — the same kind of contact information, plus anything you tell us, when you submit the general enquiry form.
• Email address only, if you join our waitlist from the footer.
• Payment confirmation data — an order and payment reference from Razorpay confirming a payment succeeded. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details; Razorpay processes those directly (see below).

How we use it

We use the information above to:

• Create, confirm, and manage your room or villa reservation
• Contact you about your booking or enquiry — confirmations, changes, questions
• Check availability and prevent double-booking of rooms or the entire villa
• Respond to enquiries and, if you've opted in, send occasional updates to the waitlist

We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. When you pay for a booking, your card, UPI, or banking details are entered directly into Razorpay's checkout and are subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards — we never see or store them. We only store the payment reference Razorpay returns to confirm your booking.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies:

• Essential site cookies — used only to keep our admin dashboard signed in; guests never receive this cookie.
• Payment cookies — Razorpay sets its own cookies while its checkout window is open, to process your payment securely.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The cookie notice on this site is here to disclose this plainly, not to gate any optional tracking — because there isn't any.

Who we share data with

We share booking and payment data with Razorpay only as needed to process payment. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain booking and enquiry records for as long as needed for reservation history, accounting, and legal requirements, and delete or archive them when no longer needed. You can request earlier deletion — see “Your rights” below.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing stay@anarvilla.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
